Privacy notice
What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we collect your work email, company name, where you sell, what products you sell, whether you may be interested in the paid offer, your consent choice, and the time you submitted the form.
The current bridge beta stores school-brief, provider-profile, consent, qualification, decision, and outcome test objects only in your browser's local storage. The beta does not transmit those bridge entries to CyberSignal. Clearing browser storage or using the page's clear control removes them from that browser.
We do not ask for student information, complete credit-card numbers, or other sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use submitted early-access information to manage the list, understand which sales areas and products matter, send product updates you requested, answer questions, and prevent abuse. Local bridge-beta entries are used in your browser to generate the requested test artifact and record the local workflow. We do not sell the information you submit.
Companies that help us operate the site
Vercel hosts the website. Form submissions create a private Telegram notification so the operator can respond. If paid access opens later, Stripe will handle payments and billing. These companies process limited information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep signup, product-preference, and any future transaction records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet tax or accounting requirements, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
Your privacy choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information using the form below or by emailing ryan@nativestates.ai. We may need to verify your identity first. Some transaction records may have to be kept when required by law.
Public school purchase records
CyberSignal displays limited business information from public government records, including funded line items, named providers, equipment, product-scoped eligible costs, whole-request funding context, and contract dates. It does not intentionally collect or publish student data.
Payments
We are not accepting payment yet. Joining the early-access list does not create a subscription. If payment opens later, Stripe will process payment information and share the billing records needed to manage the subscription. We will not receive or store your complete card number.
