What CyberSignal does

K-12 CyberSignal is operated by RAD Design Co. as a Native States product. It helps U.S. schools organize cybersecurity planning and helps qualified providers decide where they can genuinely assist.

The free School Readiness Brief organizes school-stated planning context, known facts, unknowns, neutral requirements, and procurement questions. It is not legal, procurement, or cybersecurity advice and does not select a vendor. A separate Provider Partner Preview may use public evidence and provider-confirmed capability rules to make a bounded account-fit recommendation.

Planned price and coverage

30-Day Territory Pilot: a planned $500 fixed-price test for one agreed product line and territory. The initial Provider Partner Preview and School Readiness Brief are free. The pilot is a price hypothesis, not an active offer, and does not guarantee a connection, bid, award, or revenue.

Exact scope, start date, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund policy will be shown before any future payment is accepted. Coverage is not exclusive.

What is not included

The initial product focuses on school firewall and network-security planning. It does not promise complete coverage of every cybersecurity product, school, purchase, contract, provider, or bid. It is not custom research, legal advice, purchasing advice, cybersecurity assurance, or a guarantee that anyone will win a sale.

How to use the information

CyberSignal uses public government records. Those records can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or wrong. A previous seller may no longer serve the school. A contract end date does not guarantee that the school will replace its equipment or open a new bid.

Always check the linked government record and the school's current bid documents before preparing a proposal or making a business decision. A public record is not permission to contact a school. CyberSignal will not treat a readiness brief as consent to provider contact; matching and each named introduction require separate school approval.

Delivery

Delivery details will be confirmed before paid access opens. Planned pilot delivery centers on a bounded territory account map, evidence-backed decision queue, provider capability profile, and up to three Qualified Connections if generated and separately consented. Timing and connection targets are not guarantees.

Future billing and cancellation

If paid access opens, checkout will be handled by Stripe. The price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation date, and refund policy will be shown before purchase. Existing customers will be able to manage or cancel billing without a sales call through the billing portal or by emailing ryan@nativestates.ai.

Acceptable use

You must follow applicable laws and school bidding rules. You may not use CyberSignal for spam, harassment, unauthorized access, misleading claims, resale, or unauthorized redistribution.

Changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Any material price or billing change will be shown before it applies.
